Massive thank you to Rob and Bede - we had such a delightful stay in this beautiful house. We were a group of old friends with little ones catching up after many years and the house was so well equipped for all ages and had many additional touches which made the stay seamless and special, including a lovely little welcome package on arrival. Instructions were very clear and responsiveness was great. The various areas were perfect for relaxing with plenty of space for everyone - we used the BBQ and ate on the balcony on the final night which was a lovely way to end the trip - everyone had such a nice time and loved the house. 11/10 would recommend staying here - thanks again!!

Rob and Bede were fantastic and really easy to communicate with. Their Bethany Beach House has everything and they have considered all the little details that would make a stay relaxing from complementary tea / coffee / food staples to kids toys to indoor slippers to on-deck heating for outdoor dining in Winter to pre-prepared fire wood for the outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace. The property has an amazing view of the ocean and is walking distance to the beautiful beaches. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area! Location was great despite not being close to beach we knew this when we booked, but was very central and easy to get to surrounding sites by car. The space is perfect for us, and it feels really spacious, and so many toilets, showers and bathrooms makes large groups easy. Rob and Bede’s place is absolutely incredible. They have put great care into thinking of every detail to make sure it is an excellent stay. We stayed with extended, multi generational family and the place was perfect. Everyone had what they needed to be comfortable and there was plenty of space to break out separately but also gather and share meals on the balcony with a stunning view. The kids loved playing with the toys under the stairs and the lawn games in the garden. Comfy beds, loads of towels, very well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at the Bethany Beach House! It was such a perfect holiday home for us to spend couple of days away from Sydney with the whole family. The location is perfect with a close drive to Hyams Beach and other local eateries around. This is a magnificent house that exceeded our expectations. The owners have thought of everything for both kids and adults. There were special surprises everywhere - including wine, games, books, toys, ice blocks, just to name a few. We felt spoilt! My favourite would have be the back deck. Our large group of 3 families always have trouble finding somewhere that works for our bedding needs. There's always a compromise that needs to be made. We didn't have to compromise with Bethany Beach House. Everyone was comfortable, and the quick drive to Hyams with fantastic weather was a nice June surprise (clearly organised by Rob and Bede). Would definitely stay again, and would recommend to others. The fenced backyard, and multiple bathtubs were a great plus with the kids too.

The Bethany Beach House exceeded our expectations. The place is immaculate and is well stocked for a group trip. It was great to have the extra bathroom and shower downstairs. As it was a wet weather weekend, we were able to get the fire going in the living room and play board games and really get to enjoy the space.
