Strictly no parties or outside noise late at night. This is a residential neighbourhood. We value our neighbours and abide by the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rentals.  We require guests to do the same.  This includes an obligation not to create noise to such a level or at such at hour that would be unreasonable, unfair, or disruptive to our neighbours.  To ensure our neighbours are not inconvenienced, the outside areas of Bethany, including the front and rear decks and back yard firepit, should be vacated and guests moved inside by 9.30pm all week. If you are unwilling or unable to meet this obligation, then Bethany is not the right place for you. It is a family beach house not a party house. There are plenty of other accommodation options in Jervis Bay that may suit your purpose. Thank you for understanding.
